Comment:
The photograph shows a horse facing left, partially overlapping with the rear quarters of another horse facing right. They are both painted in black. The first horse is a little better conserved, but even so has lost much of the pigment in the central part of its body. Color wash is used to shade the horse's neck, chest and head.
Lines belonging to a black painting of an ibex can be seen above the more complete horse. Furthermore, the photograph shows a scraped outline figure superimposed on the horse. In our opinion this is an engraving of a bison facing left. Its profile appears to be complete, with head and beard, short fore limb, belly, rear limbs and tail. The cervical-dorsal line, which is typical of the species, is also complete and finishes in a square croup.
